Based between Rennes and St Malo, our company represents one of the most important site of SANDEN Group outside of Japan. Consisting of three production units and one technical centre, we develop and produce compressors for the major car manufacturers.

By launching the “EC-Gen5” platform project in 2023 on its Tinténiac site in Brittany, SANDEN MANUFACTURING EUROPE wishes to take a new dimension in the production of innovative electric compressors, intended for electrified vehicles, thus fully integrating into the ecological and energy transition initiated by the European Union.
The research and ambitious investments of the project will, on one hand, strengthen the French automotive sector which is facing unprecedented changes, and on the other hand reinforce SANDEN in its will to become a key supplier of thermal management systems for vehicle of tomorrow.
This EC-Gen5 project is funded by the French government as part of France 2030 as well as by the European Union as part of France Relance.
